New Product

The test run for Straw-Bharb and Lavender Jam was fairly positive. If I can still get some decent Ontario rhubarb, I hope to do another batch and keep this product around for a few more months.

For those that are curious, the lavender is homegrown, and lends a deliciously aromatic, rich, honeyed flavour to the jam. I had it on a fresh scone with a little butter; heaven!
